Yes I'm turning 45 this week and to celebrate this momentous occasion I decided to speak to four wonderful, beautiful and inspirational women who are ageing the way I want to age....with style, with purpose and with confidence.
In this episode I speak to Make Up Artist and Pro-Ageing Influencer Huji Hayre, AKA The Grey Indian. We discuss the fine line between self-improvement and self-acceptance, how Huji decided to ditch the dye and embrace her grey hair, and how being an older mum took it's toll on her body.
