As the lockdown continues, gyms remain shut and the days sometimes blend into one, it can be difficult to find the motivation to work out or eat healthily.
In this episode, I speak to Juggy Sidhu, The Indian Body Coach about how parents and kids can keep fit and active during the lockdown. He shares his tips on working out with limited space and talks about his new book of healthy Indian recipes.
We hear from my sisters from the (mother)hood about how they've been motivating themselves to work out with their kids, and fitness advisors Elizabeth Stout and Parveen Bhairon share their tips too.
