From an overweight kid who was always picked last for teams in P.E., to a 43 year old mum of three who works out almost every day, I've learned a lot on my fitness journey, and it's a journey that I'm still on.
From being consistent, knowing when to change things up, to protecting your energy - there are certain life lessons that I've learnt from working out. Lessons that can be applied to career goals, relationships and friendships, lessons that have saved me and stopped me from giving up. Lessons so valuable that I want to shout them from the roof tops....or from this podcast!
