We live in a society where we are taught that youth is to be flaunted and age is to be hidden, where phrases like "past it" and "mutton dressed as lamb" are thrown around, where ageism is more rife than you think.
If you're a woman over the age of 40 (hell, even over the age of 30!) how does all of this make you feel?
In this episode my guests Career Coach Manjeet Nijjer and Award Winning Chef Lorna Nanda Gangotra, and I discuss what getting older means to us. From changing up our skincare, going grey gracefully (or not as the case may be!), deciding to climb Mount Kilimanjaro, to finding the right tribe. We reveal the best bits about ageing (there are lots btw!) and advice we'd give to our younger selves.
