September is PCOS Awareness Month.
PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) is the most common female hormone condition. It can be incredibly devastating to a person's self esteem and quality of life.
In this episode I speak to Rina, a nurse from Toronto who is also a PCOS warrior. I also have my own experiences of PCOS having been diagnosed at 20 years old. We discuss the physical and mental impact of PCOS, learning how to live with and manage it, and why raising awareness is so important.
