In this episode I'm joined by Roma, founder of More Me fashion brand and also a teacher and author. We discuss small changes we made to our lives this year, what worked, what didn't and what we hope to put in place for 2023. We also hear from listeners about small lifestyle changes that have had a positive impact on them. From waking up half an hour earlier in the morning to making a vision board, we hope you find some useful tips in this episode and would love to hear yours. Feel free to drop us a comment.
